It is no secret that I love Ipsy. I don’t know how, but I totally forgot to post my June Ipsy bag. The June Ipsy bag was a total bust for me personally. June’s theme was Swim Into Beauty which I though was really cute.
The bag is ok I’m not a huge fan of it. One side is a silky fabric and the other is neoprene, and it has a neon orange zipper. I would like it a whole lot more if it didn’t say Ipsy all over it.
The first thing in my bag is this eyeshadow stick. I hated this, it was creamy, but it didn’t blend well or stay put at all.
The next item in the bag was this eyeliner by OFRA. If it were in another color, preferably one more wearable, then I would’ve loved it. It’s creamy and very opaque, maybe I’ll be able to find a use for it.
This Primer by smashbox was the one thing I was looking forward to get the most. Then when I got it and saw how small it was, I was not too happy. Although, in saying all of that it is still a really nice primer.
The next item in my bag was this lotion from Lavanila. It’s an ok lotion, it’s very oily and kind of watered down.
The last thing in my bag was this nail polish, and I am in love with it! The formula is amazing, I love the color, and it last for a long time. I will definitely be buying more nail polish from FormulaX in the future.
July’s glam bag was awesome! I love everything in it and the bag is so stinking cute! Ipsy can either go really well or really bad, and this month was a really good month.
First things first, these crown brush tweezers. They’re really nice nothing special about them, but if you’re looking for a good pair of tweezers these are nice.
The next item in the bag was this eyeshadow quad from Nicka K. It is really soft, smooth, buttery and opaque. The colors are really pretty too. I just really like these eyeshadows.
I never thought that I would say this about a lip balm, but this is probably the most amazing lip balm that I have ever tried. I always thought that all lip balms were the same, but I was wrong, really wrong. My lips have never been so smooth and soft. I love it.
The next item in my bag was this dry shampoo from eva-nyc. Not only does this stuff smell amazing, but it works wonders on my hair. It volumizes and texturizes my hair.
Ok last item in the bag is definitely my favorite. It is a Read My Lips lipstick from teeez in a peachy coral shade. I love it! It goes on smoothly and stays for a long time.
If you’re interested in Ipsy it’s only $10 a month and you get 4-5 makeup products.
